About me...

MONTSERRAT RUIZ SALVAT, MSG, C.Ht.

Alchemical Hypnotherapist, A.C.H.E. Certified

Facing things you would like to change about yourself and your life takes courage. Hypnotherapy can offer an opportunity to deeply explore who you are, make exciting new discoveries and help you tap into inner resources and strengths. I believe our greatest capacity to change can be accessed when we truly know ourselves.

I was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain. Became Certified in Clinical Nutrition and embarked on a Masters in Gerontology.  Entering the field of hypnotherapy has been one of the most rewarding choices I ever made in my life. I studied hypnotherapy with David Quigley at the Alchemy Institute of Hypnosis in Santa Rosa, California, and received my Certification from A.C.H.E.

From weight loss, healing emotional wounds, to improving golf’s technique and/or public speaking, my clients continue to benefit from hypnotherapy in inspiring ways. Spiritual life regression is also available and a very powerful way of getting in touch with your life purpose. I have been practicing Alchemical Hypnotherapy successfully, both in face-to-face and over the phone sessions with great results.

Let the journey begin....

Words of Inspiration:

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate; our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves: Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, and talented? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God [or what you define as 'God']. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us. It is in everyone. And as we let our own light shine we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear our presence automatically liberates others."
